Cartridges for vibrating screens domestic and import

The mesh fabric consists of two grids: a working one with the specified cell size separation conditions, and a coarse-mesh mesh that acts as a support and carries physical loads. Are applied at the main and preliminary cleaning (according to the international classification -TBC).

For the production of our cassettes, only a grid of stainless steel 12X18H10T is used. In industry, this steel grade is used for products operating up to 600 ° C, in dilute solutions of nitric, acetic, phosphoric acids, solutions of alkalis and salts, at elevated pressure, as well as in the temperature range from -196 to + 600 ° C, and at the presence of aggressive media up to + 350 ° C.
